Our Certifications:
Certification by the Green Burial Council allows consumers to rest assured that the green or natural burial services that they are receiving have been thoroughly vetted against stringent and up-to-date standards – created and continuously reviewed by a team of environmentalists, scientists, lawyers, and representatives from the funeral industry.
.
By becoming a certified provider you are aligning yourself with the mission that the best consumer is an informed consumer, and the best provider is one that submits to complete transparency. The Council maintains all relevant documentation (i.e. conservation easements, deed restrictions, general price lists, material safety data sheets, engineering reports) to demonstrate proof of compliance with GBC standards.
